3. 产品在使用前,本公司会应客户书面或EMAIL或电话要求提供现场技术支持、培训及演示,以使客户充分理解产品功能、使用方法及 注意安全事项。需要声明的是,除非特别约定,产品报价书一般不包含现场技术服务费。
4. 本公司售出产品在质量保证期内发生产品质量原因、非使用不当、非人为因素损坏、非第三方因素造成等,康卓公司将在接到客户 电话或书面通知后及时对此进行妥善协调。有合同规定的按合同条款执行,或者按国家或行业相关规定或双方协商解决。

4. In the warranty period,if our productions have the qulity problem.After we receive the customer's telephone or notice ,we will assort with the manufacturer to give you a best answer.The warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance, adjustment, calibration or operation by customer. There is contract provision to press contract item performance, or press nation or the profession related provision or both parties negotiate to solve.
